Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Did a great job cleaning debris causing leaks around skylights. Jonah was quick on the metal roof and took photos to show work done. Have used Window Hero Charleston to clean gutters and wash roof and will see them regularly from now on.

Both Jacob's very professional. It was raining so they did not clean the skylights which I understood. Safety first. Very impressed with the process. The tech gave me the opportunity to pay for only the windows or windows and skylights. He said he would notify the office to schedule a time to complete the job. I expected to have received notification by now on when your team would return. Since we are just starting our relationship and I want this to work I will pay you for the work completed today and pay you when the skylights are cleaned. I know you guys are busy and probably won't return as quickly as I want since I already paid. This way I won't have any negative issues about our first experience with your company.

I have used Window Hero several times in the past and they have always done a great job. Today a team of 3 came and power washed the house, porch, driveway & sidewalks. They also washed all 26 windows inside and out and cleaned the screens. It makes a huge difference and the house looks great. Nate and his Window Hero crew transformed my roof appearance. The beautiful Angel Oak tree in the backyard created the perfect environment to develop black residue and moss in the roof. This Team transformed the roof back to the beautiful roof I had installed 7 years ago. Thanks Window Hero.

They did an amazing job. We had soft wash done on our roof and cleaning of driveway. Everyone was professional, friendly, prompt, and services were reasonably priced.

They initially came to clean the gutters & roof and didn't do a great job in my opinion so my initial review was poor. However, they immediately reached out and came back out, which was very much appreciated. It turns out the roof needs more of a deep clean vs. blow off, which I do wish had been communicated initially but now we know and can proceed with that route. I wasn't hear the first time but the second time I was and can confirm the crew was very nice and willing to help.
